Fabrication
Once your design is finalized and approved, we begin the meticulous process of turning drawings into reality. Our craftsmen start by carefully milling premium hardwood to create the face frames, doors, drawer fronts, and panels that form the cabinetry’s core. For structural integrity, we use high-quality, prefinished maple plywood for cabinet boxes, cut to exact dimensions.
Assembly follows with face frames, doors, and drawer fronts meticulously joined, aligning each piece for flawless integration. Before finishing, each component is hand-sanded, creating a smooth, even surface ready for a protective layer. Painted elements are expertly primed to ensure vibrant, durable finishes that last.
We conduct a pre-installation setup in our staging area, where the entire kitchen layout is constructed to confirm a seamless fit. Base units are set, wall units are precisely hung, and all doors and drawers are mounted with their hardware for smooth operation. Drawers, slides, and specialty interiors are installed with care, verifying that every detail meets our exacting standards.
Quality control is paramount; each assembled unit undergoes a thorough inspection to guarantee it meets our high standards before leaving the shop, ensuring that what arrives on-site is nothing less than perfection.
Delivery & Installation
Upon confirmation of site readiness, our team coordinates the delivery of your custom cabinetry. With climate-balanced conditions and completed walls, floors, and windows, our skilled installers position each unit with precision, seamlessly integrating it into your home.
